Every man, woman and child is entitled to fundamental human rights, defined by international conventions such as the Universal Declaration of Human Rights adopted by the United Nations.

We respect and comply with all human rights legislation, regulations and standards in the countries we operate. This commitment is embodied in our Business Principles, which are supported by our Code of Conduct.

Employee human rights
We are committed to protecting and enhancing human rights and strive to ensure everyone working in the Company is protected in this manner. Our employment policies are consistent with the Universal Declaration of Human Rights and the International Labour Organization’s Core Conventions. We recognize the rights of our people to freely choose to join trade unions or similar external organizations. We do not tolerate child labour, forced or compulsory labour. Our employment policies also cover a range of related issues including health and safety, and equal opportunities.
